ARCS Foundation, Illinois Chapter will host a tour and talk "The Story of Chicago's Tech Revolution" on Sept. 12, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Room 1871 of the Merchandise Mart building.  Following a wine and cheese reception, John Tolva, Chief Technology Officer, will describe the efforts by the mayor's office to establish Chicago as the "Tech Center" in the Midwest.  With over 200 technology startups in a co-working, incubation and acceleration space in the Mart, the city of Chicago hopes to expand and attract technology companies that will reflect the diversity and vitality of the city.
