The ARCS Foundation Illinois Chapter is delighted to recognize three new Scholars who have joined our 2023-2024 class.  

They are:

• Scott Mackey, who is pursuing a PhD in Physics at the University of Chicago.
• Rahil Makadia, who is pursuing a PhD in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
• Sabrina Summers, who is pursuing a PhD in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

They join our six continuing scholars: Rasa Valiauga (Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine), Bakare Awakoaiye (Northwestern University), Hendryck Gellineau (Northwestern University), Alexandra Hanselman (University of Chicago), Sofia Sheikh (University of Chicago), and Sarah Vavrek (Illinois Institute of Technology). 

All of our Scholars will be recognized at the ARCS Illinois Annual Scholar Awards Luncheon on Wednesday October 18 in Chicago.
