 ersity of Chicago and is one of The Brinson Founda
 tion ARCS Scholars for 2025-2026.  Scott is part o
 f the research team for the Payload for Ultrahigh 
 Energy Observations (PUEO (https://heasarc.gsfc.na
 sa.gov/docs/heasarc/missions/pueo.html))\, a NASA 
 Long Duration Balloon mission that seeks radio sig
 nals from ultrahigh-energy astrophysical neutrinos
  to discover the sources of the highest energy par
 ticles in the Universe. PUEO flew over Antarctica 
 from December 19\, 2025 through January 12\, 2026.
